What's the MOQ of your goods?
It depends on the type of product you want. For APIs and Pharmaceutical intermediate, the MOQ is 1 kg. For Pharmaceutical reference substances, impurities, and Isotopic labeling, the MOQ is 1-10 mg.
Can I get a sample before we place order?
Yes. But you need to pay for the sample. The sample fee will be deducted from your official order.
When will you deliver the products to us?
We will prepare the goods after we receive your payment. And will let you know when the goods are ready. After receiving your confirmation, the goods would be delivered by air or by sea.
How to order the products I need?
We'll send you the quotation within 24 hours when we receive your inquiry email. Then, we'll send you a PI to confirm your purchase intention. When you receive the PI, sign it, and send it back to us with the signed PO. After that, we'll send you a Sales Contract to guarantee our mutual legal rights and interests. So please stamp it and send it back to us.
